The Spanx Thinstincts Open Bust Mid Thigh Shaping Bodysuit is an all-in-one slimming bodysuit that slims the mid thighs right up to over your bra on your back. It is made of the most super fine, almost paper thin fabric (single ply) that will sit beautifully under most clothing.

The front section is completely SEAMLESS with really good strong tummy control

There are 2 side seams that run from top to bottom from under your arms, all the way to the bottom of the thighs. Although the seams look quite prominent, once you put the bodysuit on, they should stretch out and lie flat.

The bodysuit is designed to be worn with your own bra, so it has a low scooped out section at the front. This is where your bust/bra sits. You can wear it WITHOUT a bra, or with any type of bra.

The shoulder straps are thin, very smooth and adjustable. They cannot be removed.

The gusset is a double opening flap style one, so you don't need to pull the whole bodysuit off to use the loo!

There are 2 inner thigh seams that should not show through your clothes.

The back comes up nice and high over your bra. This helps to smooth out bra lines and back bulges.

There is a center seam running down the back of the bodysuit. Again, this should stretch flat once it is on your body and shouldn't show through clothes.

The MEDIUM size should fit UK dress sizes 12 - 14.

The outer side seams (under arms to end of legs) measures 60cms
The back seam to gusset measures 41cms
The front center to gusset measures 34cms
The inner thigh seams measure 14cms
The shoulder straps are 1cm in width
