UK Delivery Charges

We charge £1.50 on UK orders. This is a flat fee per order, not per item. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days after dispatch.  Please check your confirmation email for the dispatch time frame.

In certain circumstances a signature may be required upon receipt and in the event that you are unable to accept your delivery a calling card will be posted through your letter box with details on how to collect or rearrange delivery.

With our UK postage option, we try to over-deliver what we promise and therefore most orders arrive much sooner than the time frames we have given. However, the post can be quite unreliable and so we do not guarantee faster dates of delivery.

International Postage:

International Delivery - £10.00. This takes 1-2 weeks, depending on country.

We are currently only sending out orders to UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and USA addresses.

Apologies but we have had to take off postage to Ireland. Our deliveries were being stopped by An Post. They were asking for huge import duties to be paid which was causing delays, confusion and upset for our customers.

Duties & fees are the customers' responsibility

We post all orders out using Royal Mail services. The majority of our orders arrive on time. However, we are dependent on Royal Mail time frames, which occasionally can be disrupted.

Our Postage Carrier

We use Royal Mail for all of our orders, both UK and international.

Can I Return This Product If It Isn't Right For Me?

Yes you can.

Please try on the item over your own underwear and keep all the branded packaging and tags intact.

How Long Do I Get To Return It?

60 days. This should give you plenty of time for things like dress fittings.

Can I Exchange It For A Different Size/Colour/Item
